2.The latest and greatest appraisal software, online ordering, online updates of report progress, EDI report emailing with sure receipt verification. Bennett Appraisals uses Win Total Aurora software, which in our opinion is the most advanced and updated system available.

3. High quality digital cameras with SD memory cards. On site we always take photos of the interior and exterior of the subject, even if it is not required. We have found this leads to greater accuracy and higher quality reports, after all, a picture is worth a thousand words!

4. GPS navigation to the subject and comparable sales saves time, reduces costs, and enables us to get the reports back faster.

5. Bluetooth enabled cellphones so we are always available for our clients. Bluetooth allows for wireless headset communication when driving. Our office phone number is also forwarded to our mobile phones after six unanswered rings, so we can take your important calls even when we are out of the office.

6. Wireless internet laptops, for complete appraisal portability.

7. Pocket WinTotal for PDA's with Pocket Apex. This reduces time and increases accuracy by allowing information to be input once into the PDA upon inspection, then connected with the main computer appraisal files back in the office.

8. Office network that we can access remotely to make changes from any computer with and internet connection. Even if we are on vacation we can make that critical correction to an appraisal.

9. High quality flood, location, and plat maps with every report!

10. The latest sources of up to date sales information including Northwest MLS, Metroscan, and Realist, just to name a few.
